RETURN POLICY:For returns, please make sure to include your original order number and send your item(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving them.
Items should be returned new, unused and with all Bread & Boxers tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted. Bread & Boxers underwear should be tried on over underwear.
All customers must cover shipping charges for returns. As soon as we receive them, we give customers a full refund. However, customers will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. We do not take responsibility for any products lost during the return shipping.
Customers who want to exchange items, must go through the return process and place a new order.
Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged goods, we will cover all shipping charges. You will be provided with your choice of new product(s) or a refund.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE PRODUCTS:Please contact us first via email and state your full name, email address, order number and which product you wish to return and the reason for the return (it helps us to make our products better).
If you do not contact us before returning the products, you run the risk of not receiving your refund or exchange. We do not take responsibility for any lost packages.

Bread & Boxers ships anywhere in the United States. Bread & Boxers always offers free shipping on orders over $70.00 (Note: Free shipping will be automatically be applied to your order on the payment page). Standard shipping is $7.00.
